For this reason, all purchases are considered final to ensure the authenticity and integrity of every bottle we deliver.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue is reported within 72 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number, clear photographs, and a proper unboxing video.
Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or missing item claims.
